Welcome to Hoptown Storm Shelters LLC ("we" or "us"). By accessing our website, you agree to be  bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before  using our site.

1.  Hoptown Storm Shelters LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any

damage (foreseeable or unforeseeable) that occurs during the storm shelter installation.

This includes damage to driveways, shrubbery, landscaping, sprinkler systems,

underground utilities, sewer pipes, cables, and any item under or on the concrete slab

or yard.

2.  Use of Our Website:

You  may use our website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with  these terms and conditions. You may not use our site to transmit any  viruses, spyware, or other harmful materials.

3.  Intellectual Property Rights:

The  content on our website, including the text, graphics, logos, images,  and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by  copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not  modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish,  license, or create derivative works of any content on our site without  our prior written consent.

4.  Disclaimers:

We  make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied,  about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or  availability of the information contained on our website. Your use of  our site is at your own risk.

5.  Limitation of Liability:

In  no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,  special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with  the use of our website or inability to use our site, regardless of  whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our  website may contain links to third-party sites that we do not operate  or control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices  of these third-party sites.

7.  Changes to These Terms and Conditions:

We  reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any  changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately  upon posting. Your continued use of our site after any changes to these  terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8.  Governing Law:

These  terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance  with the laws of Kentucky and Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these  terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky or any at our discretion. 

9.  Quotes for Storm Shelter Installations:

Quotes  requested via website chat, email, any social media channel, phone  conversation or text messaging, are valid for 15 days from the day sent  by the employee representing Hoptown Storm Shelters LLC.  For the quote to be valid beyond the 15-day timeline,  a $500.00 deposit must be received within the 15 day period.  This same  deposit will reserve a spot on the installation schedule.  Failure to  place the deposit via the online shopping cart located on the website  within the allotted 15-day timeline invalidates the quote provided  regardless of how it was received.

10.  Balances paid off using a credit card will incur an added fee of 3%.  Prices listed on website are the cash price.

11.  All deposits or payments received to initiate a storm shelter  installation are subject to the refund and cancellation policy.  Please  review our Refund and Cancellation policy before making a deposit.

12.  We are not responsible for delays due to weather or any situation  outside our control.  For outdoor shelters the ground needs to be dry  before we will attempt to install it or we risk getting stuck and  damaging your yard.  For garage storm shelters if our dumpsites are wet  this limits our ability to install.  Even if it's not raining, the  dumpsites can be too wet to dump dirt, and we will not attempt a  scheduled installation.

13.  Most storm shelter installations are scheduled about 2-3 days before  we'd like to install it.  This helps us avoid constant rescheduling due  to weather delays.  In the event a family needs to re-schedule we will  call through the list to see if someone is available for a short notice  install.
